Standard Sponsorship
For $25.00 we will add your name or company logo to a large poster on the day of the event
Large Sponsorship
For $150.00 your name/business will be mentioned twice during announcements from the stage; your name/logo will be included on a new flier for the event closer to the date; and, your name/logo will be included on the large sponsorship poster
Raffle Sponsorship
For raffle item donations, your name/company will be mentioned during the raffles of those items, and your name/logo will be included on the large sponsorship posterPlease keep in mind! We will be picky on raffle items, our recommendations are 2-5 $10-25 gift cards, items from your shoppe (goodie bags) worth $10+, treats or treat baskets.

Does it cost to set up?
We are asking for 10% of profits from each vendor - this goes into our event fund, making it possible to host MUUsic in the Garden for years to come!
Note: this does NOT apply to nonprofit organizations, we would love to have you for free!
What are we looking for?
We want small businesses, crafters and creators. You will be setting up sale booths with whatever you may make
What will I need to bring?
We will have fold down tables (3x6ft) and folding chairs available; you may bring any additional tables or more comfortable chairs if desired. You will need any tablecloth(s), displays, money containers and change, additional items, and of course you and your items for sale
When do I need to apply by?
The cut-off for vendor signups will be no later than August 23rd. This will give us time to plan accordingly without a panic rush. Additionally, please remember to give yourself enough time to finish any projects, etc. that you may be bringing!

Where is it?
We are located at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Bloomington Normal, 1613 East Emerson Street, Bloomington Illinois
When is it?
Saturday, September 6th from 2-8pm
Who's welcome?
EVERYONE! This is a Queer, Trans, POC, Disabled, and Family friendly event
Disability Note: This event is held on our lawn, there will be sidewalks through most but not all of the area, let us know in advance if there are any concerns about accessibilitySensory Concern Note: Keep in mind that this is an outside music festival, there will be loud music, non-strobing lights, and other outdoors sensory input. If you have sensory needs we recommend bringing any helpful items; I.e. noise cancelling headphones, fidgets, etc.
What bands are playing?
At this time (June 2025) our roster isn't fully complete, our current preformers are: E.J. Allen, Candy Jamz, Vibe.N.Rant, and Emily Perkins.
What else will there be?
We will have raffles for various items (gift cards, snacks, etc.), yard games, vendors, food, snacks, and (non alcoholic) drinks!
